Rachuba Home Builders Joins Forces with LYNK Capital, LLC in New Construction Project
Chris Rachuba, Managing Member of Rachuba Home Builders, will oversee the construction of a new home building project. Recently hired by LYNK Capital, LLC, Rachuba Home Builders will manage the construction of 23 single family homes in Montgomery County, Md.
The project consists of two sites. The first is Rolling Acres, located on Conley Court, in the Rt. 29 Corridor in the Fairland sector of Silver Spring. This development will have 10 new homes in which 3 different models will be available. Rolling Acres offers an easy commute to Baltimore, Washington and surrounding suburbs. Conveniently located next door to a transportation Hub, Rolling Acres will offer many upgraded features and quality construction materials.
The second location is Strawberry Knoll, located on Traxell Way within the Strawberry Knolls community of Gaithersburg. Also conveniently located to Washington and Baltimore, this development will have 13 new homes and will consist of 4 different models offering the same quality features as Rolling Acres.
